If your loved one is happy for you to be involved, we’ll make sure you’re kept in the loop and given opportunities to share ideas, ask questions, and take part in planning where appropriate. Your insight often helps us provide even more meaningful support.

We’re set up to be responsive and flexible. If something changes, big or small, we’ll work closely with your loved one (and with you, if they want) to adjust their support quickly and smoothly.
